PITCH FINDER
1. Determine which of the two sets of pitch guides to the right matches your roof line.
2. Click on the image to enlarge and save the drawing, then Print it. (You may want to print both if you estimate the slope of your roof to be near the middle of the two illustrations.)
3. Hold the printed drawing close to the peak of your roof to estimate the closest pitch.
4. Then cut along the edge of the selected pitch line and hold it to your roof peak to check for accuracy.
5. If the cut pitch guide matches the slope of your roof, the numbers on the left side indicate the pitch.
